We wanted to go to the bookstore and on the way we decided we wanted some dim sum. We yelped this place and decided to try it out. Parking wise - we had our car filled with our luggage so I was a little worried. We did street parking near by which was safe. We did see a private/public parking area and another parking lot near by. Walking in we were greeted and seated. It was crowded and appeared the customers were ordering to go and were foreigners eating here. The Olympics was playing on the tv so we watched it while we ordered. Food wise wasn't the greatest. Ordered porridge with thousand year old egg. The congee or rice was not fully cooked. The rice was a bit lumpy and lacked flavor. Had to add pepper and soy sauce to get some more flavor but like green onion would have made the flavor better. We ordered the chicken chow mein for the kids and none of the kids liked it. The chicken and noodles had a funny flavor. We also ordered the green beans and garlic which was delicious and. The other dim sum dishes like chicken feet, steamed buns, Shiu Mai, haggow, to steamed bbq buns which was goood. Waiter was friendly and nice. Just those two dishes were not to our liking. I would come again and try it again.

Pretty good dimsum, but not the best I've had in this area. We came here after trying to go to Harbor City and seeing the super long wait. This seemed like a cool new spot that opened recently and was worth trying. We got the steamed bbq pork bun, siu mai, pork and chive dumplings, and chinese broccoli in oyster sauce. The bbq pork buns were really good -- nice and fluffy with w good amount of pork inside. The siu mai were good but I felt like the texture was a little tough. I absolutely loved the chinese broccoli in oyster sauce, and the pork and chive potstickers were also so fresh and delicious. Great alternative if you don't want to wait at some of the more popular spots!

We were the first customers in the morning and had the entire place to ourselves! We didn't want to order too much since we were eating around Chinatown, so we just got Siu Mai, Cheung Fun, and Har Gow. A nice man gave us hot tea and was very friendly. He played Chinese documentaries on the large TV. The restaurant was decorated in red for the mid-August festival. Food took about 15-20 minutes, he apologized for the wait and explained it took longer since it was fresh. Definitely didn't mind and so worth it! Everything was super yummy and totally hit the spot! Highly recommend, one of my favorite spots in Seattle!

Really good food at this new spot in Chinatown! The duck was well cooked and super juicy, look at the photos!! The har gow was well made and had full chunks of shrimp in it. The shu mai also had whole pork pieces in it making for a really good texture. The beef chow fun was perfectly cooked and made. I taste the right amount of wok hei and the beef was velveted well. Service was extremely friendly and nice. I'll definitely come back here!
